Quick service, good haircut
My grandson Gage will only get his haircut here and he loves it. Now he usually needs the vip! Loves to get his haircut washed and his neck done. They always listen and never have an issue with his hair. Krystal does an awesome job. He loved it! As usual we will be back next month!
I’ve been going here for awhile, haircuts were mediocre but the ease of the online scheduling system made it convenient. Up until my last visit when the woman absolutely butchered my hair and couldn’t seem to recognize how awful it looked even after multiple complaints from myself. Poor customer service. I've was a customer of sportclips for the past 7 years or so. Had a very negative experience and was told twice by corporate that a manager would reach out to me. No one ever did so as such I won't be returning. A conversation may have altered my decision, but 2 broken promises on top of disrespect shows how little they care about customer service.
I am always very satisfied with the service and haircuts I receive from Sports Clips.
