My experience at the establishment was exceedingly negative. Not only was the environment plagued by insect infestation, but the service provider also engaged in unauthorized experimentation with my hair, disregarding my specific directives. Consequently, a rating of zero would have been the most accurate reflection of the situation.
5 stars for Rowe! Hands down the best haircut I’ve had in a long time. Efficient, friendly, and a great result. I’ll definitely be back!
