The wait time was delightfully short, compared to a business I tried right before this one (the wait time there was over two hours!). My stylist Paula (I really hope I got her name right) was so sweet and cut my hair beautifully. Despite my awful explanation (I've had this haircut for years, so you'd think I'd be better at explaining it), she understood and delivered perfectly. I've always had good experiences at SportClips. They take excellent care of their clients
I came into this place with the confidence that I would get a decent shape up of my beard. I was wrong. Never again. Will I attend this place?
Trung does a great job
We have been here on several occasions and, when they are actually open, it is fine. But it is so unreliable because often it is closed even though it is listed as open on the website and on the door hours. This morning (7/20) was another case of that so it throws off the whole plan. This is probably the 3rd or 4th time they just aren't open when you get to the door so this will be the final straw and we will not be returning. So apparently, you, not an employee, have to "check in" at a little TouchPad kiosk. I was the only customer waiting and the two stylists working each had a customer in their chairs. A guy came in with two young boys and went to this kiosk. My friend suggested I might need to do the same.
