Finally an amazing experience
Walkins are not welcome. Came in never been there before had a coupon. The host registered me in and stated it would be 25 minutes. I waited my turn, the screen and my phone stated On Deck then two other people jumped ahead of me and I was then listed for 10 more minutes or longer. I said something to the hostess. She said people who scheduled online gets priority. So walkins are not welcome. I waited my stated time and was not serviced. I walked out. Poor business practice.
This was the first time I've ever gotten a professional hair cut. It was amazing. They made my daughter feel involved and like she was helping the whole time. I will be coming back and paying full price for a stellar service. Thank you to both the lovely ladies who made my experience a welcome one.
