My Fiancé who is very head shy and nervous with hair cuts had an amazing experience with his stylist Adam Baker this last Sunday July 19th. Adam Baker listened to what my fiancé wanted, and delivered exactly what he wanted. I have never seen my fiancé so excited about his hair after a hair cut until Adam Baker was his stylist. All around good customer service Was highly satisfied with the whole experience and kerstin did an amazing job on my hair
Store management and cleanliness needs attention. TVs are also this weird blue color. Stylists are not doing thorough neck dusting and blow-out of the loose debris
A WHOLE FAMILY had to walk out of this cheap place. No communication, received a text saying we were removed, We REMOVED ourselves. STAFF like that is what gives businesses a BAD name and waste FAMILIES time.
