I told the lady to give me a slight trim on everything just so everything was shorter, I have bangs and I told her to cut no more than one centimeter and I leave with 2 inches of my bangs gone, and everything but the top of my head is almost hairless, and she was very rough with the clippers and now I have a few cuts on the back of my head. Extremely disappointed
