Kristin P. did a great job. I was in the Richmond area and needed a haircut so I made a last-minute appointment. She was great to talk to and very professional. I don't normally get a wash and hot towel, but I decided to try something different, and the Paul Mitchell Tea Tree shampoo she used smelled really good. It ended with a great shoulder massage. It was all worth it. She did a great job, and I could tell she definitely loves what she does. If you're ever in the area, I recommend stopping by.

Sport Clips provides a great cut at an excellent price point. My favorite cutter is Michaela but, when she is not available, I have had good experiences with everyone else. I don't hesitate to just walk-in and take the next available when Michaela isn't available. I'm fussy and, quite frankly, I'm surprised how good they are! Wandered in one day when I needed a cut badly---have never left! Only issue: the wait times on the app are way off---be prepared to spend a bit longer than the estimate.
