My dad and I had a fantastic experience today getting our hair cut by Shannon and Tara. They were both extremely welcoming, warm, and professional throughout the entire visit. On top of the great haircuts, we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary relaxing shampoo service for our first visit, it was such a lovely touch! We both walked out feeling refreshed and looking sharp. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!
Not interested in ever returning ever again. I got jumped in the queue just because of a regular customer that the hair stylist felt was more important. That's bad business and I tried to come back to this location and forgive one of my worst haircuts 2.5 years ago. Just to get a 3 star haircut for $31. Not a chance I'll ever return. Go to Beaverton or Sherwood, not worth visiting this location. I'm more disappointed about being jumped in the queue scheduled on The App and then nope waiting an extra 15 minutes.
