Taylor is very unprofessional and has a horrible attitude and can't handle a disagreement professionally in a business type manner. She raises her voice and starts yelling and tries to overpower people with her voice instead of calling her manager like she's supposed to do. She can't admit that she's wrong she can't apologize she slims the door goes back to her station and then goes to the break room and doesn't return. Very unprofessional very rude very childish I will never go back to that salon again.
Showed up with 3 mins to my haircut. Waited over 20mins. Then didn't get the mvp i ask for. super frustrating cause I went for the mvp. Idk what is the deal with this location or people.
If you enjoy long waits even if you check in online. Arrive 10 min before your haircut time to sit for another hour come here. If you want to have your time respected then go to another location. Also they have 5 people in the store but only 2 people cutting hair.
