Usually I go here and haven’t had a problem, unfortunately after today it may be my last time using them. Service is usually great, but for some reason I got a new stylist today and she’s didn’t pay much attention. She looked at the receipt, turned me away from the mirror and I had to tell her what I was hoping to get. Didn’t get it unfortunately and now I look like someone shaved my head at one point for brain surgery and used shotty hair transplants to hide scarring. Very disappointed with stylist Kimi. She was rude, impatient, and clearly didn’t want to do the job. Got irritated when I tried to give any input. If she didn’t want to work, she shouldn’t have accepted the booking.
