Terrible customer service and no talent
It was my first time being at the Sunnyvale location. For the longest time I was going to the San Ramon location. One stylist that I enjoyed having was Jaelene. She’s fun to talk to while getting your hair done and she’s super nice. She also did a great job with my hair step by step. I would add a photo but forgot to take one of my hair lol.
Friendly professionals.
Jacklyn was wonderful! She made my 2.5 year old son and me feel really comfortable. I will certainly be back for his next haircut!
