Had a terrible experience at this Sports Clips. I understand that wait times vary due to lunch breaks, minimal staff, and other factors, however, my experience today was terrible. After checking into the store 11:34 am, it was suggested my wait time would be 52 minutes. I arrived at the store at 12:20 pm and my wait time had been pushed back by another 35 minutes. Once it was stated that I was “On Deck,” John grabbed another customer who was not on deck, but had a wait time of 20 minutes. Obviously I was frustrated, however,... read more
