Rushed haircut using MVP experience coupon. I called ahead and ensured they would cut my child. Tori rushed the cut, insisted her work was on par. Looked horrible, uneven. Chose to go with it, as she wasn’t accepting feedback even after asking if it looked good. She claimed to have 35 years experience. She seemed like she hated to be there. Felt unwelcome.
