Checked in on the app with a zero minute wait. When I arrived there was a man waiting and three stylists who greeted me and had me enter my phone number which I did. My sons name populated on the screen which said "on deck" usually meaning next in line. The other name on the board had a 9 minute wait. I came into Sport Clips feeling really upset after getting a terrible haircut elsewhere the day before. The cut felt way too masculine for me as a female who loves short hair and it completely crushed my confidence. Mikal was incredibly kind and professional. Before touching my hair, he took the time to explain everything, ask how I felt, and talk through his plan to help fix it. That level of care meant so much to me. Small wait as we didn't have anymore appointment. Stylist was great.
They were able to quickly and efficiently cut my hair and my sons hair. They made the experience enjoyable whole making us look sharp. They can also shape beards as well!
