So, I had a previous review on here, but my rating has gone down since I've had the chance to go here several times. The last time I went here I did not use the app. On their 'scoreboard' I was the only person in the store. The manager, who's cut my hair before, just finished a client, he paid and left. Then she swept the floor and disappeared in the back and finally came out after 10 minutes or so. Then, one of here regulars, who signed online finally showed up. Katie is an amazing stylist who left me with feeling amazing by the time I left. It really feels like she knows what she is doing and that she knows how to take care of her clients. The process was smooth and enjoyable, I only wish it I got to enjoy the haircut a bit longer, because fr she is that enjoyable as a stylist. Worth the wait and worth the price, I will certainly be going on again.
Great haircut and atmosphere.
The stylists are friendly! Bonus I always leave with a Coke.
