100% recommend Mikal! I’m pretty picky about who cuts my hair, but he absolutely nailed it. Not only did he do a great job with the haircut, but he was also easy to talk to and made the whole experience enjoyable. The conversation was great, his attention to detail was excellent, and it’s clear he takes pride in his work. I couldn’t recommend Mikal enough and will definitely be coming back, even though I live 2 hours away!

Checked in on the app with a zero minute wait. When I arrived there was a man waiting and three stylists who greeted me and had me enter my phone number which I did. My sons name populated on the screen which said "on deck" usually meaning next in line. The other name on the board had a 9 minute wait. Despite my app saying next on deck we proceeded to wait another 10 min. The two female stylists finished up the man they were helping (one was apparently in training).
