I go here often and get pretty good service. Last time the lady gave me a good haircut but didn't clear the hair off my face at the end.
The employees were professional, but personable. They treated me like a person, not just a customer they had to deal with. It was my first visit to your store and I was impressed. The store was well lit, and very clean. Donna took her time to make sure understood exactly what I wanted and made sure that I was happy with the results. I really enjoyed the warm towel and scalp massage. I will definitely be back for my next haircut.
Signed in and was told wait time was 16 min. Got food. Then was told to head over to hold my spot because I was on deck. Still waited 15 min. Extra. Get more employees or expedite services and reserve spots and say when ready.
