Went in for a trim and said I didn’t want alot removed, and specifically said 1/4 inch max. The worker proceeded to take a whole inch off the front of my hair abd trimmed the sides. I walked out of there feeling distraught knowing i had longer hair on the side of my head was longer than the top. I am never returning, I didn’t think taking a small amount off all around was hard but I guess I expected too much. I truly believe i have never had this bad of a haircut in my life.
Kiana did a great job! Place was clean and everyone there was great.
I had one of the best experiences in a barbershop I've ever had!!!! Not only did I get a great haircut but she offered a cold towel while she washed and massaged my hair and head!! (I didn't even know that a cold towel was a thing) I always heard about hot towels.....felt awesome!!
