I’ve been coming to sports clips for years (over a decade) and have never experienced such a bad experience. I had selected a specific barber when Mable asked if I wanted to just take her since she was available, I said yes because I felt bad. Mabel cut my hair in 8 minutes flat. She took the cape off of me and I was confused because the haircut was so quick and she clearly didn’t put in any effort to the haircut or to the details. Drove in from Pasadena ro Houston. RUDE! Called to see if needed appt. Woman answered, hung up on me twice then sent call to voice mail. NOT Busy. Hung up on me just for asking if I needed Appt. Don't go here.
Reminded me why I don’t go to sports clips this was the worst experience ever do not get a shave here I go out of town tomorrow and my facial hair is completely ruined. I knew better then go to a place like this I was in and out within 5 minutes with just dirty clippers used on me. Honestly very upsetting
