What's the point of sending the survey after my visit if nobody is going to contact me? I came for a regular haircut nothing fancy. I get that everyone starts somewhere and is new but there should be a certain standard when hiring stylists especially for an establishment that primarily focuses on men's haircuts. One of the stylists—who was in the middle of a haircut—still took the time to greet me with a warm hello. That small gesture set a welcoming tone right away.
