I could not be less satisfied with the service I received today. I scheduled a haircut appointment and was instructed to be there at 2:10 pm. Then it got pushed back to 3:05pm. I decided I could afford to wait the extra hour, then when I walked through the doors for that appointment, my appointment got canceled for some reason and they told me if I wanted back on the list I could choose to see someone random in another hour and a half. Ive looked at going here maybe 3 or 4 times since I moved to salina. I get its a small town but everytime I look its an hour and a half wait or more. Sheesh what's going on at this place?
