Poor management- from Lin. And average haircut. I received a coupon for the Halloween promotion at Boo on Ballard. There was a black bat stamped on the expiration date (which was 7/1/25- so already expired when they were handed out in October). I went and got my hair cut. Went to check out and the coupon was applied- took the full amount off. Then, Lin the manager came over and said “oh no, that expired at the end of the year”.
