Friendly TY did a great job
Jenn did not give me a haircut. She gave me an experience. I can get a haircut anywhere. She took plenty of time and made my time there completely relaxing. I will be back!

Before leaving my house (which is a 15-minute drive away), I checked in online for a specific stylist. The system showed an estimated wait time of 0 minutes. However, by the time I walked through the door just 15 minutes later, my wait time had suddenly jumped to a precise 68 minutes.
