My teen went there with a photo of the cut we’ve had done at another location and came away with a terrible haircut. His head looked nothing like the picture - there’s no hair left on most of his head and the taper all around is just awful. When I called, the guy got defensive and claimed he had a full consult with him before cutting it - how on earth was my son (or I for that matter) going to know the end result would be this horrific?!
