First time coming and everything was great.Riane was truly so patient and friendly with me and my kids. Appreciate all the patience and great haircut!
Horrible experience! I went in at 3:45pm for a haircut and I received a uneven trim. The lady dropped the towel on the ground when she got it from her cabinet and used it on me - on my face for the MVP cleaning! Also, there wasn't even a massage. It just two taps on my shoulder and she left my hair wet after the MVP cleaning. I still (cash) tipped her, but I did not have a good experience. There should be an option of no tip service, because the service felt worse afterwards than beforehand.
