Leah consistently provides outstanding service every time I visit. She is friendly, professional, and pays close attention to detail. She always makes sure my haircut is exactly how I want it, and I leave satisfied every time. Her excellent customer service and positive attitude make every visit a great experience.
At the spur of the moment I decided to get a Mullet for the first time ever. My mullet is awesome and so is Leah.
I just left my haircut, I specifically asked the Asian lady, (her name was Kayla) if she could cut my hair because I am attending something important this weekend, as I walked in, she did not greet me at all, she was extremely rude to me and I felt like getting up from the chair and leaving. She cut the back of my neck 2 different times and did not think to apologize or say absolutely anything about it.
