I get my hair cut here once a month by Jamie. She is the nicest person and superbly skilled. What more can I say? The online reservation system can be a bit tricky though, but I generally can make an appointment when I need it.

Unbelievable. I called them to schedule an appointment, but they said they don’t take appointments on the phone. What? We were already out of the house. Why can’t we schedule on the phone. Ridiculous. That’s how you lose customers.

Took my son here to get a haircut on Monday 8/4 to get his back to school cut and figured I'd get myself a cut at the same time. Checked in online and waited for about 20 minutes once we arrived. Our time came to get called up next and Daniela called my name. As I was trying to explain that I had checked in two spots for myself and my son, Daniela cut me off mid question and asked rudely, "Who's going to get the haircut?"
