Great experience! I stopped by without signing up online. They had an opening so they got me right in. The stylist took the time to find out exactly what I wanted done. Took the time to cut my hair so it looks good and is even. After, I got a very relaxing shampoo and head massage. I have been very frustrated with the other "clips" place. I am tired of paying $20.00 for a $5 six to eight minute haircut that is crooked, then be expected to leave a tip.
