I hate to say this because I've trusted this location for years, but the standard that is being allowed at this place is unacceptable. Not exaggerating just walked out with the worst haircut I've ever received in my adult life. It felt like the stylist didn't know what she was doing and the haircut shows. I know this doesn't speak for every stylist there but if you don't know them don't roll the dice.
I had the pleasure of having Carla as my stylist . she was super friendly, efficient and did a great job. I highly recommend this location!

Walked in for a trim, and Carla (I think/hope her name is. 😥 ) is who shaved my head. She was so nice and I greatly appreciate her skill and professionalism. Thank you!
Just got back from a wasted visit. Joined the waitlist at 6pm - showed a 7 minute wait and I live about 6 minutes away. Got there around 6:07pm and it said I had 4 minutes. No problem with that...but then I sit there while three stylists complete a total of 2 hair cuts over the next 40 minutes. Third person never did one at all. Very frustrated to have my time wasted like that.
