I took my son for a haircut and the experience was extremely disappointing. My son asked for a specific style, but instead of being honest and saying she (Jennifer) didn’t know how to do it or asking another stylist for help, she just started cutting without a clue. She cut off way more than she should have, completely messed up the style, and left my son so frustrated that he walked out crying.
