I’ve been coming to this specific location for over 2 years, same stylist and once thought highly of both. Checked in online yesterday and my time slot was pushed back and then back again over an hour past my original arrival time. No biggie I’ll reschedule. Same today, arrival time 3:20 then pushed to 3:50. Arrived at 3::45 Sat and waited for my stylist to finish. She did around 4:00 and cleaned her area. Then walked to the back to fold towels.
