We’re the happiest from the costumer service at this location. Specially Kobe goes above and beyond to help my son and myself with patience, kindness, and professionalism. She’s so detail oriented and always looking for improvement. I love to give her another star, but 5 is the highest.

I’ve been a loyal Sport Clips customer for a while, but I was disappointed with my haircut today by Kobe. When I tried to give direction, my input wasn’t well received the response was defensive, insisting it was what I always get, which wasn’t the case. I typically see Alma, who does an excellent job. This was my second cut with Kobe, and unfortunately I’ve been dissatisfied both times.
