I don't know why I came here multiple times. I guess I had a good first experience and believed I could get that again. Since then, every cut has been subpar, and almost always because the stylists don't actually listen and just do "their version" of what you ask for. I've had the same haircut for 15 years. I normally select 1st available stylist, no more. Natalie has been the best stylist by far. Her attention to detail is amazing. I can't say enough good things about her.
