Very competent and respectful staff I happened to come at a time that was not busy, they documented the type of haircut I got so that way the next time I come in it will be much easier to just walk-in and walk out!
I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. When I arrived, my name was clearly visible on the TV waiting list, yet I was told I had been taken off and that I would have to wait another 55 minutes. This was confusing and frustrating. As a faithful customer who has been going there for a while, the situation made me feel unimportant, especially with how it was handled by the manager, Raquel. I hope the team improves how situations like this are handled.
