Always have a wonderful time when I go. It’s definitely worth the drive I live a little further away, but I make an effort to go to the same place with the same stylist. I only want precious to cut my hair.
Aside from giving me a great haircut that matched exactly what I asked for, my stylist truly went above and beyond to make the entire visit comfortable for me and my 11-month-old daughter. To the Management Team, I have been a loyal Sport Clips customer for several years, frequently visiting both the Airline and Saratoga locations in Corpus Christi. While I have always been satisfied with the quality of service, I experienced a disappointing interaction at the Airline location today. When I arrived, my name was clearly visible on the TV waiting list, yet I was told I had been taken off and that I would have to wait another 55 minutes. This was confusing and frustrating. As a faithful customer who has been going there for a while, the situation made me feel unimportant, especially with how it was handled by the manager, Raquel.
