I would genuinely give 0 stars if I could, I'm very much a laid back person and pretty nice but it took a lot out of me to not freak out. I went in and the notes on my account were from awhile ago and didnt match how I have my haircut now so I talked to the stylist (Kalie) and explained that I just wanted a 3 all around and the sides a low skin fade and showed her where I wanted the fade to be and she even put her fingers there and confirmed and I said yes she then proceeded to cut about 2 inches above where I showed and I a... read more
Nobody at this store seems to have a regular schedule so it's hard to see a regular stylist and build a decorum of what you want to have done. Had a different stylist almost every month for a year and I've had maybe 1 or 2 cuts that I was truly happy with. Then I join the virtual queue for a cut today and miss my 'scheduled' time to show and it just kicks you off. So you have to rejoin and wait all over. What's the point of that? Never going here again.
I’ve been coming here for years and I have never walked out of an appointment disappointed in the service provided. The ladies really know how to cut hair here and it shows!
