Service was polite, but the cut I received was very different from what I described and expected. Don’t expect to return.
I had another great experience at Sport Clips thanks to Amanda. She’s always warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I sit down. Her technique is consistently excellent, and she pays close attention to detail to make sure the cut comes out just right every time. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it makes the whole visit enjoyable. Amanda is a big reason I keep coming back.
They took my reservation through the app but didn't tell me they were closing at 5pm. I got all the way to the store before I knew they were closing. Other stores were listed as closed on the app, that's why I tried going here.
