Didn't listen or consider reference photos for my husband and child. If youre not going to do what is asked at least do a good job at what you think is best. Not one bit of their haircut goes with their head shape. The line design was HORRIBLY done and awkwardly curved. lines of a "z" didn't even connect. This isn't the first dissapointing appt here.
