Just got out of here. Diane didn’t listen to a word I said. The part is wrong, the direction of the hair is wrong, the length is wrong, she uncovered the ears when I specifically said ON the ear, she destroyed my sideburns when I specifically told her to leave them because they were exactly where I wanted them, she cut off 70 percent of my hair when all I wanted was a trim! After a while I just said “enough!” or she would have done more...
