I was just there today 6/28. I went in for a quick neck trim and the guy completely irritated and cut the back of my neck up with the razor. He didn’t even take the cape off and get the lower part of my neck or trim around my ears. If I could give 0 stars I would. Charged me $10 for this as well. The back of my neck isn’t even cleaned up it looks messy and unprofessional.

One star if possible. WARNING- make sure you ask for the stylist you know/trust. We had 0 wait time so we did 'first available' and didn't want to pre-judge a new stylist. As a mom of teen male, I let my teen give the instuctions and it was clear NOT to trim the top as he likes it long. The stylist tried to snip even the long back with scissors and I had to intervene telling him last month (different stylist) used clippers to shave with a natural fade. Yesterday I had the WORST haircut in my 56 years on earth. I came in with a normal yet long hair style. I asked for a scissor cut and was talked into the #6 trimmer fade. Now my head looks like a big dumb crooked mushroom . It's Saturday morning and I'm in line at the place down the street,,, to get it fixed. People don't be me, say something!!!.
