Erica was great and super nice
I've been going here for years and it's been consistently inconsistent. Usually I try and find a stylist and keep with that person but it's trial and error until you find someone, and usually they don't stay long so I have to start the hunt over again. This most recent experience I received the worst haircut I've ever had in the 40+ years of getting my haircut (including when I've cut it myself). Time to go to back to an actual salon.
