Not my vibe at all but they were great and nice and gave me exactly what I needed.
I checked in online and decided to select the same stylist as last time and said the wait was 15 minutes. I got to store and checked in with 4 minutes left. There was one person in front of me in line and the stylist I selected finished and called my name next then saw the other person in front of me, then called them. Then saw I had to wait 20 minutes, right after another stylist finished and could have picked up the person in front of me.
