I admit my hair is a bit of a challenge. They see my hair and it’s obvious they do not want to take the time to do it right. It is rare for me to come here and get a good haircut. They will doctor it up when they mess it up and when it starts growing back it looks like crap and will not properly style. Im done coming to this place. The stylists are hit or miss. The app to join the online Lineup is terrible because the staff manipulates the list. Even while you sit and watch the screen, they will move someone ahead of you. I switched to a more reliable outfit.
