I’ve typically always had good experiences here, but today was absolutely awful. TVs were set to ear shattering volumes. Pat McAfee was playing too. Ughh. The stylist was not very gentle with the clippers and jammed them into my neck which subsequently gave me scratches. Sub standard haircut as well. Luke warm towel. Awful scalp massage too. She touched my head as gentle as if she was holding a bird. Since when is it $5 each towel? I won’t be back. This place has gone down hill.

I’ve been to Sportclip many times and visited different locations. Some stylists are skilled, while others aren’t quite as good—that’s to be expected. But what really annoyed me this time was that I was overcharged. I only asked for the Triple Play service, but I was charged for the MVP service. I didn’t realize this until I checked the receipt the next day. I trust you guys so much that I didn’t even look closely when I paid! I called, but no one answered.

I visited the location on 96 White Bridge Rd, Nashville, TN 37205 today and Tracey was my stylist. This is the 2nd time she has cut my hair. I did not realize she was the one who did a bad job the first time and could not fix it. I let that go and chose a different stylist the next times I visited this location. I would not have let her cut my hair today if I would have been able to review my reciepts in my email because I'm missing one or two of them. Which is another problem at this location.
