I have usually have a great experience with this store. I did what I was supposed to and signed up, waited almost an hour and a half then another twenty minutes in the store. I was "on deck" and then another customer went up and said he was in a hurry and they changed his reservation to on deck. This pushed me back and I was unable to get a hair cut. As it turns out other people are in a hurry as well but still waited patiently only to get kicked back. It was not a good experience.

Screenshots vs what he left with. Cleaned up modern mullet like style. I think the hairdresser heard mullet and didn’t really look at the photos/videos he showed. Regardless, the haircut itself is horrible and now we get the joy of paying double to have someone else try and fix it. I’d recommend making sure you really consult with your hair dresser to ensure they’re also confident in the cut you’re getting. (Even though that should be there job)
