Ashley was rushed, not thorough, in a bad mood, gave a terrible fade, hair all over me…truly worst haircut experience since Marine bootcamp in 2001 😆
Catrina is the best. Go see her!
I have no issue with how she treated me personally during the haircut. My concern is with how the additional services and charges were handled, there was no mention of additional cost. I was not familiar with the different service levels. I went in because my daughter’s school had a coupon for a free haircut. I just wanted a haircut, and it cost $32.00 for what should have been a free haircut, and she would not adjust.
