“Very disappointing experience. During the haircut, the barber used a razor blade on my neckline and ended up cutting my skin. The area was left irritated, painful, and uncomfortable afterward. A small nick can happen occasionally, but proper care, technique, and attention to detail should prevent this. On top of that, the neckline itself looks uneven and unfinished. I expect a professional barber to prioritize both safety and quality, and unfortunately this experience fell short on both. I will not be returning.”

Drove around that maze for 30 minutes and couldn't find the place so we went another. Whoever designed that mall was trying to be fancy this one big cluster of nonsense I finally found the place when I came back to pick up my sister it's really hard to see that sign even when you know where

Had to just shave my head when I got home because the haircut was so unsalvageable. Completely different from what was requested and what I ended up with was something no one would request. The barber was also incredibly rough with the clippers and my head is covered in large cuts and scratches. Despite how rough she was, the haircut managed to take over an hour when my haircuts usually take 20-30 minutes. The pictures show the reference photo that was given and what I actually left with.
