Honestly the worst experience I’ve had in a shop. I went in for the MVP after work. My hair was in a small bun and I wanted an undercut and trim. Then lady never took my hair down for under cut even after I asked. Then I had to remind them I was getting a trim as well. Back massager was dead, they switched massagers and only a short time. After the wash I had ask for a brush to comb my hair and put it up soaking wet only to get charged the full service. I had no words at the end of service. I will never go back.
