Had an appointment, arrived 15 minutes early the door was locked. I called standing at the door. The employee said they weren't taking anymore appointments I stated I was in the lineup and I needed to check in. She basically ignored my request to check in. As I was driving away I get a message that my stylist was ready in 5 min. So what is it, they aren't taking anymore appointments? Or inadequate employees that don't have any customer service skills?
If there were a zero-star option, I’d use it. This Sports Clips in Monroeville is disgusting — hair clumps in the corners, sticky floors, and a smell that makes you wonder if the mop water has ever been changed. The stylists? Unqualified is putting it politely. You could probably get a straighter cut blindfolded with kitchen scissors. The “check-in” system is a joke. Totally got a shaved head all the Way around 4 inches up. I came in and asked for a neck clean up and a little trim of how my hair was already styled. These girls go straight to those dang buzzer trimmers and shaved my head almost bald up to the top. It looks like a bowl cut. Im Totally not happy with the service. Paid 31 dollars for a buzz cut. Never again and I hope they go out of business.
