Shannon DOES NOT know how to cut kids hair. My son is now Bald on the side of his head and she’s gonna change the haircut to a modern Mullet which we didn’t ask for , His bangs are crooked & then the back of his hair is chopped off & he’s gonna say she didn’t touch that but when we came in his hair was not cut so how did it get cut in then like ??? And the audacity of her to say Whoopi’s sorry when SHE messed up his hair Very lack of professionalism. Will NOT be back.
