Most of the time we have a decent experience at sports clips. However the lady who did my son’s hair yesterday was very rough and rude. She clipped his ear twice! Never even said I’m so sorry or anything. She kept asking my husband technical hair dresser questions…..and became very frustrated when he couldn’t answer them. We have gone to this location many times any questions should already be on his file. Also, my son is 8 and has ALWAYS sat very still and has NEVER given any issues when getting his haircut.
