If I could leave a ZERO, I would!! Horrible store with even more horrific store manager. I checked in online and then tried calling to verify and there “phone systems were down”. The manager was VERY RUDE and disrespectful. She didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, just said we are booked and bot taking any appointments after I drove over 20 minutes! Worst customer service EVER! Don’t waste your time with this place, unless you want to be immensely disappointed in a company.
I got a very nice haircut, beard trim from Vonni. She did a great job! Very friendly and polite. The facility was very clean. I walked in and only waited about 15 minutes. I will definitely be back!
The only consistent person there is Michelle. She’s the manager. I’ve been there four times. Two times I got Michelle, The first time Michelle cut my hair, she butchered it. She spent most of time talking to other customers or the workers. And didn’t really pay attention. Took a while for my hair to grow back out to get a normal hair cut again.
