Called at 630p to see if I can come for a walk in haircut; employee said, “yes, you can but we close at 7p.” Rushed to get there before 7p. Arrived at 643p and it’s closed. Frustrating
What a waste of time - 2nd time of 4 try’s: I don’t know if it’s just this franchise, or all Sports Clips. I go to the website, check in with a stylist, told 25 minutes. I show up 20 minutes later (5early) and it’s now a 35 minute wait. Why schedule a time, if you don’t honor it - allowing walk ins to cut the queue??? Wasted time. Never again.
Shout out to Sarah! She gave a fantastic haircut and was very knowledgeable about my hair style and what I requested. She also has a great vibe and personality. She makes genuine conversation and is a fun person to talk to. 10/10 and I'll ask for her next time I need a haircut.
