The worst customer service experience I've just about ever had. Initially had over an hour wait time. Over the course of the hour, an additional hour and a half was added and the wait time was constantly shifting. When I finally got a push notification that my appointment was coming up, I drove to the store, arrived at my specified time, and was removed from the queue.
