Although the posted hours of operation on the front door indicated that the store was still open, I arrived 20 minutes before the listed closing time and was turned away. This was both frustrating and inconvenient, as I relied on the posted information when planning my visit. Walked in with no appointment and was sat for a cut immediately. I have very long hair. I wanted dead ends trimmed and to get tightened up.. She did an amazing job doing exactlywhat I asked for. Washed, conditioned and a quick massage and I was released back into the wild.
