Kim was nice and fun to talk to. She did an amazing job and some how found a way to cover up my thinning hair naturally. Without expensive product.
Very disappointing experience. The staff were completely unenthusiastic and acted like customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason they’re there. On top of that, the behavior was outright rude. The haircut itself reflected that lack of care. There was no attention to detail, no consultation, and no attempt to fix obvious issues. Overall, the combination of poor service, rude staff, and an underwhelming haircut made this a place I won’t be returning to. They really messed up my hair.
