Asked for a 5 for my son's haircut and I look up, he's in tears and she's cut it down to a 2. When I questioned her if it was a 5, she said because of his curls it looked wavy so she went with a 2. She could have just told me she can't cut. Curly hair and I would have went somewhere else. All this on the day of his football pictures.
