Update: According to the store's reply below, the stylist's name was incorrect so I changed that in my review. Even worse, then, considering that when my stylist checked me out she had that incorrect name when she was going to charge me for the basic haircut, before changing it to the service I didn't receive. I'll edit again if there are any more updates. Great service and friendly staff.... me and my boys have been going to the Lewis Center store since they opened.
The location is convenient. The app makes it easy to see the wait time and gives me a time to arrive, so I do not have to wait in the store. The team at the location I go to remembers me, and I like that they know how I like my hair cut.
