I used to come in here and it used to be a very nice place. now since the one guy showed up it seems like him and the new manager have been acting racist towards the others especially Pam idk why they seem like they hate her or something shes a very nice woman so I just dont understand it every time I go in they are mean and rude not just to her but to the others as well.

Stopped in today with my son for a haircut (we normally visit another location but it was over a 2 hour wait). Well 63$ later, both of our haircuts were entirely hacked. My son has 4 “bald spots” that we found after getting home and combing his hair (seems to me like the stylist was trying to cover them up) and mine is shorter on one side than the other. So now I have to spend yet more money to get both haircuts “fixed”.. stay away from this location.. it’s definitely not worth what they’re charging for service’s

I joined the waitlist with a wait that was more than 2 hours. The website told me to arrive at 1:25 pm. I arrived at 1:18 pm, and then system told me that my wait was going to be an additional 50 minutes! It is now 2:18, and my haircut has not started. I’m going to have to find another barber shop because I cannot devote hours of my day to getting a haircut!
